Rules, expectations, and protections governing every interaction across Waivy Baby's products, platforms, classes, sessions, content, and community — for every member, expert, and guest.
🚨 Violations may result in immediate removal without refund. These Guidelines apply to all Waivy Baby products, platforms, experts, classes, content, and events — no exceptions.
These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") govern your participation in all Waivy Baby services — including waivybaby.com, waivybabywellnessclub.com, virtual group classes, 1:1 private sessions, webinars, eBook and digital content, in-person and virtual events, curated product boxes, and all interactions with Waivy Baby experts, staff, and other members.
These Guidelines are incorporated into and governed by our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Master Legal Disclaimer. By accessing any Waivy Baby service, you agree to abide by these Guidelines without exception.

Limited-edition boxes, early access events, and exclusive member releases
Waivy Baby was built for parents in the trenches of the first year — exhausted, hopeful, and doing their best. Our community exists to support, not judge. These four values underpin everything:
Virtual classes are group educational experiences — not individual consultations, not medical advice, and not a substitute for your child's healthcare provider. All class content is governed by our Master Legal Disclaimer.
Even in a private 1:1 session, Waivy Baby experts are not your personal healthcare providers. No 1:1 session creates a professional-client, doctor-patient, or therapist-client relationship. All guidance remains educational and informational. See our Master Legal Disclaimer.
When you purchase or receive access to a Waivy Baby eBook, guide, template, checklist, or any other downloadable content ("Digital Content"), you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to access and use that content for your own personal, non-commercial parenting purposes only.
Waivy Baby experts and coaches are independent contractors who bring tremendous value to our community. These standards exist to protect members, protect experts, and maintain the integrity of the Waivy Baby brand. Experts must review and comply with their Independent Contractor Agreement in addition to these Guidelines.
Per our Master Legal Disclaimer, members expressly release, waive, and forever discharge individual experts from personal liability arising from educational guidance provided through the Waivy Baby platform. However, this shield does not protect experts from:
The following conduct results in immediate permanent account termination across all Waivy Baby platforms, with no refund, and may be referred to law enforcement where applicable. There are no warnings for these violations.
Waivy Baby enforces these Guidelines at its sole discretion. We reserve the right to take any of the following actions — individually or in combination — without prior notice, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation:
Formal written warning issued via email for first-time minor violations. Warning is logged to the account. Repeat violations escalate automatically.
Offending content removed immediately. Account suspended from community features, classes, or the full platform for a defined period. Membership fees continue during suspension — no refund or credit.
Membership cancelled immediately with no refund for the current billing period. Access to all content, classes, sessions, and community features revoked. May be barred from re-registration.
Permanent ban from all Waivy Baby platforms, services, and future registrations. May include DMCA takedowns, civil legal action for damages, and/or referral to law enforcement for criminal violations.
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal within 14 days of receiving notice by emailing legal@waivybaby.com with subject line "Community Guidelines Appeal". Include your account details and a full explanation. Appeals are reviewed at Waivy Baby's sole discretion and are not guaranteed to result in reinstatement. Our decision on appeal is final.
All content created, produced, or distributed by Waivy Baby — including but not limited to virtual class recordings, webinar recordings, eBooks, guides, templates, checklists, seminar slides, curriculum, community resources, product box designs, box names, branding, and website content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Waivy Baby LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
If you witness a violation of these Guidelines — by another member, an expert, or anyone interacting with Waivy Baby — please report it immediately. Your report is confidential.
Waivy Baby will acknowledge reports within 2 business days and investigate all credible reports. We will not disclose the identity of reporting parties. Retaliating against someone for making a good-faith report is itself a violation of these Guidelines.
